At Artifluencer, we strive to provide the best AI influencer creation platform. This Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions for refunds for our services. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to this policy.
Due to the significant costs associated with GPU processing and AI training, we have strict conditions for refunds.
If an AI Influencer has been created, no refund will be issued. The creation of an AI model involves substantial computing resources ("inference") which are non-recoverable costs for us. Once this process has been initiated or completed, the service is considered fully delivered.
Refunds are only available if less than 10% of your monthly credits have been used. If you have consumed 10% or more of your allocated credits for the month, you are not eligible for a refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, simply log in to your account and navigate to the Billing Portal.
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your credits and features until the end of your paid period, unless you request and are granted a refund (in which case access terminates immediately).

We will review your account activity, including credit usage and influencer creation history, to verify eligibility. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment.
